Wedding Pricing Guide

I absolutely travel. All of my collections include travel within a three-hour radius of my home. For weddings farther than three hours away, I simply ask for a two-night hotel stay so I can arrive rested and travel home safely. All gas, mileage, wear/tear, food, etc. is included in the collections. If a wedding requires a flight, the flight, rental car, and hotel stay will be covered by the client.

Most people see my style and define is as "light and airy". However, I prefer describing my style as bright and colorful. When I see true light and airy, it feels washed out to me, and I always want to bring out colors and skin tones exactly how they are supposed to look.

I use the highest professional equipment with Canon. I shoot on a mirrorless camera and the lenses I have are the luxury series of Canon. I always use natural light when I can, but I also utilize flash when needed for better lighting or for fun, creative shots.

In order to be booked in my calendar, you will sign a contract and pay the first 50% of the collection as the non-refundable retainer. The remaining 50% is split into two payments (4-6 months before your wedding and 1 week before your wedding). I accept card, check, cash, and Venmo.

Yes, this is a nonnegotiable for me. Second shooters bring so much to the table including an extra creative eye while I am focused on the two of you, insurance in case I catch the stomach bug the morning of your wedding, and efficiency throughout the day.

I never give the RAW photos or film. The RAW files do not reflect my final work as an artist, and giving those files allows others to alter my work in a way that would hurt my business. This is not negotiable. 

Yes, I include an engagement session in every collection because it is very important to me that we have time before wedding day to get comfortable with each other and with the posing you both prefer. This way, on wedding day we aren't having to test anything. We already know what you love, and you already know the wording/lingo I'll use.

Each collection offers a different amount of coverage. I always give you my professional opinion on how many hours you need based on several things (guest count, amount of first looks, bridal party count, ceremony time, exit time, number of locations, etc.). I will not recommend a specific collection unless you truly NEED it.

Films can take a couple weeks longer to deliver than the photo gallery. Isaac's film delivery timeline is typically 5-8 weeks depending on the season.

We get on the phone to talk through all the details and how I can best serve you. If we both feel like we are a perfect fit, we move forward with booking.

I never guarantee a specific number of photos, but I've never given a gallery smaller than 800 images. A typical gallery includes 80-100 images per hour of the collection.

As soon as possible. I have brides book me as early as 1.5 years in advance, so if you feel confident in booking with me, I would not wait to get on my books.
